    Bass-baritone Simon Duus has performed opera roles from both the classical and modern opera repertoire as a royal opera soloist. Selected roles at the Royal Danish Theatre include: Guglielmo in Così fan tutte; Yakovlevich in The Nose; Anthony in Sweeney Todd; Jens Grand in King and Marshal. He has also participated in concert productions of contemporary music, including Antichrist with Michael Schønwandt and the South Jutland Symphony Orchestra at the Langgaard Festival 2020, as well as the role of Schreiber in Babylon by Jörg Widmann at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam 2017.
