Morten Schuldt-Jensen

Since The Tivoli Concert Choir was formed in 1990 the choir has been directed by Morten Schuldt-Jensen, who is responsible for rehearsals with the changing ensembles of singers, and he has occasionally conducted the choir himself at concerts. Morten Schuldt-Jensen trained in music theory at the University of Copenhagen, and in singing and choral and orchestral conducting at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, where he now teaches. He also teaches at the Department of Music of the University of Copenhagen and at continuation courses for conductors in Denmark, Germany and Norway. As a conductor Morten Schuldt-Jensen has worked with a number of Danish and foreign symphony orchestras and choirs.
