Joanna Stroz

Polish born percussionist Joanna Stroz graduated from the Music Academy in Cracow in 2003 and from the soloist class at the The Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Southern Denmark in Odense under associate professor Søren Monrad in 2008. Classical trained Joanna Stroz still has a huge interest in different aspects of modern percussion experimenting with rhythmic and improvisational music. Joanna has been widely performing as a soloist and in various groups, among others the Early Music ensemble Via Artis Konsort. In 2010 Joanna released her first solo CD "Nordic Wave".
