Elsa Dreisig

Soprano Elsa Dreisig studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris and at the Leipzig Musical High School. After having been a member of the Berlin State Opera’s Opera Studio from 2015 until 2017, she joined their soloist ensemble and has performed as Pamina in Die Zauberflöte, Euridice in Orfeo ed Euridice, Musetta in La bohéme and Violetta in La traviata. She made her debut at the Paris Opera as Pamina and has also performed as Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi and Zerlina in Don Giovanni. At the Zurich Opera she had her leading role-debut in Manon by Massenet. Elsa Dreisig has been awarded Opernwelt’s Young Artist of the Year prize and the Danish prize Young Opera Artist of the Year at the Copenhagen Opera Festival.
