Oboe and Piano

With the combination of oboe and piano, the pieces on this CD provide a perspective on Danish music in the 20th Century: From the work of Carl Nielsen 's youth through the dominant Classicist tendency - in the shades represented by three different composers - to Per Nørgård, the most significant Danish composer at the close of the century.
