Tine Rehling (harp) trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen with Sonja Gislinge, and with Susann McDonald at Indiana University. She has been a soloist with several of the Danish symphony orchestras and she has been invited to a number of international harp congresses, most recently in Dublin at the Ninth World Harp Congress, where she played Per Nørgård’s harp concerto Through Thorns, which was written for and dedicated to her. In 2005 she released a prizewinning CD of Per Nørgård’s complete music for harp in collaboration with the Esbjerg Ensemble.
