Niels-Ole Bo Johansen (trombone) has held the position as professor of trombone at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus since 2000. He was a member of the Prince’s Life Regiment Band from 1980-84, the Funen Life Regiment Band from 1984-86 and the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra from 1986-2000. He and organist Ulrik Spang- Hanssen perform under the name The Civil Service Duo and have given 150 concerts throughout Denmark and the rest of Europe. Niels-Ole Bo Johansen is a co-founder of the Aarhus Sinfonietta.
