Martin Tulinius

Martin Tulinius has an educational degree from AV-Video Media Center Copenhagen and in broadcasting at Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College while participating courses in planning of productions, linguistics and accounting.
In 1994 he founded and became administrator of the theatre and culture association Kaleidoskop.

Tulinius has directed and produced two programs for Danish National Television: 'A world in sand' and 'The lost city of Atlantis' - a documentary program sold to BBC World, Discovery USA and Real TV (American Satellite Station).

He is owner and manager of the company 'Sand´ Art' and a master of sand sculpturing. Since 1994 he has participated world over in festivals and won several prices, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Gran Canaria, Denmark, USA, Singapore and China.

Tulinius received the Danish Reumert price for the performance 'K' in the category: Best modern drama and performance.

He has also succesfully put up a new version of Arnold Schönberg's 'Pierrot Lunaire', that played in Kanonhallen and that was followed by a tour in Hamburg, Vienna, Paris and Zagreb.
