Kundi Bombo

Kundi Bombo was founded by composers Eblis Alvarez and Peter Navarro-Alonso in 2002. Simon Christensen joined the group a year later, Eblis left Denmark in 2009 and moved back to his native country, Columbia. Kundi Bombo is now Peter Navarro-Alonso and Simon Christensen. In 2009 they released their first album, Closer, a multimedia performance for dancers, video projection and live music that was all written by Simon Christensen. The album is distributed exclusively on vinyl. Guest musicians are often invited to join Kundi Bombo, as in the TRIBUTES – Pulse project with violinist Christina Åstrand.
