Karsten Vogel plays the altosax on Debazz. Also he's been co-producing and coordinating musicians etc.
He's wellknown in Denmark for his musical versatility, but at heart he's a jazzmusician. He is, too, a big friend of the Faroe Islands and has been playing there many times for the last twenty years. And for the last thirty years he has been playing with all the great danish jazzmusicians and this CD is no exception. Through the years Karsten has been participating in a lot of recordings, more than thirty of them as a leader. As a composer he has also written music for theater, TV and classical orchestras.
