The Danish National Childrens Choir consists of about 50 girls and boys between the ages of 9 and 11. The choir gives concerts with the Danish National Symphony Orchestra and the Danish National Girls’ Choir, but also sings at independent events. In 2002 and 2004 the Danish National Childrens Choir appeared for example in the chamber choir Camerata’s performance of J.S. Bach’s St. Matthew Passion. In 2003 the Danish National Children’s Choir sang and the Danmarks Radio ‘Seedling Choir’ sang on a CD of Michael Bojesen’s ‘ABC Songs’.
